We provide stickers with the latest and next calibration dates. Additionally, we can send reminder emails.

Prepare Documentation:

• Complete the calibration form (Pipettenservice Auftrag / Thermometerservice Auftrag). 
• Fill out and sign the decontamination form (link). 

Prepare and Send Devices:

• Include the completed forms (calibration and decontamination) with your devices.
• Package them securely following the guidelines in the “Delivery” section. 
• Ship the devices to us or coordinate a pick-up. 

Yes, all devices must be decontaminated, accompanied by a signed decontamination form (link). We also perform a superficial disinfection upon receipt.

We calibrate all pipette brands, including Eppendorf, Gilson, Sartorius, Thermo Fisher, Rainin, Brand, and others. If your brand is not listed, please contact us for confirmation.
