The calibration of pipettes serves to determine the deviation of the dispensed volume from the selected test volume. For calibration with a test protocol, five measurements are carried out per test volume. The calibration is performed using the gravimetric method in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8655. Additionally, our service includes adjustment and repair of the device if required, to ensure it functions optimally. The environmental conditions are recorded using measuring devices certified according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.

  • Fill out and sign the decontamination form (link). 

Prepare and Send Devices:

  • Include the completed forms (calibration and decontamination) with your devices.
  • Package them securely following the guidelines in the “Delivery” section. 
  • Ship the devices to us or coordinate a pick-up. 

Yes, all devices must be decontaminated, accompanied by a signed decontamination form (link). We also perform a superficial disinfection upon receipt.
